My story
A lifelong connection with nature
I am a tour guide, and my passion for nature began at a very young age. I grew up in San José, where I spent much of my time playing with friends and cousins in the coffee fields near my home. During those moments, being surrounded by wildlife sparked my curiosity, especially for birds.
Over time, that curiosity turned into a true passion. I began observing birds more closely, learning about their behaviors, songs, and habitats. Today, I have the opportunity to share that passion with others, guiding them to discover the incredible biodiversity that surrounds us.
For me, every tour is a chance to connect people with nature and to share the respect and admiration I have for birds and Costa Rica’s unique ecosystems.
